Happy Birthday Teresa

Teresa had a birthday and we celbrated her cake with her some of her favorite things. She loves to garden so I put handmade gumpaste daisies and buttercream roses around her cake. I also used edible pearl beads to make a  turquoise necklace.  Happy Birthday Teresa!!

Scott & Angel's Wedding Reception

Scott and Angel were married in Taiwan and have come back to the States to celebrate with family and friends.  They wanted 125 cupcakes filled with strawberry, raspberry, chocolate and vanilla cream.  The cupcakes were made from a great yellow cake recipe I have and topped off with wedding white buttercream frosting.  For decoration I put on white edible pearls and sparkling sugar.

Jewlery Party Cupcakes

I designed some simple but elegant jewlery party cupcakes for Heather and her guests.I made a chocolate cup cake, filled it with whipped topping and iced them with pink buttercream.

The best part are the edible pearlsbeads that tied in perfectly with the theme of the party.

Halloween Treats

I had several orders for Halloween cupcakes and they were all a hit! I did a basic buttercream and topped off each cupcake in colored sprinkles and marshmellow pumpkins. Yummy.

Halloween Treats

This funky present was a great gift to Nicole who turned 18 and had her bash on Halloween.  The cake was iced buttercream frosting and was topped in a hand made fondant bow.  She received a one of a kind cake for a very special birthday.

Present Cake

This cake was done at the end of my Fondant and Gum Paste Wilton course. I styled the present cake in a whimsical fashion with different sized beads on the bottom border.

Baby Shower Flowers

For Maddison's baby shower I made chocolate and lemon cupcakes filled with a whipped topping and frosted in buttercream. I used a swirl top and added gumpaste flowers in the jewel tone colors.

Jenny's Wedding

For my good friend Jenny we decided to make a three layer square wedding cake. We used three shades of pink done in buttercream fondant. Underneath the buttercream fondant I used buttercream frosting and between each layer of cake a strawberry non-dairy filling. The cake is decorated with real roses and jewels. I also made 100 swirl top cupcakes filled with strawberry and topped with bettercream frosting.
